Prof Jacob Klein, previous holder of a Herman Mark Chair of Polymer Physics in the Materials & Interfaces Department at the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel, is the Dr Lee's Professor of Chemistry at a University of Oxford.

Klein was an undergrad & graduate at Cambridge University & held the locate fellowship and late a fellowship at St. Catharine's College, Cambridge between 1976 and 1980. He held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at a Department of Polymer Locate, Weizmann Institute between 1977 & 1980, when which he worked jointly when University Demonstrator using a Department of physics, Cambridge, & as a Senior Man of science at the Weizmann Institute. Klewithin was appointed an Associate Prof at the Weizmann Institute in 1984 & became a good professor in 1987, heading a Institute's Polymer Locate Department throughout 1989 to 1991.

Within October 2000 Klein wwhen appointed as Head of the Physical & Theoretical Chemistry Laboratory, Oxford. He occurs as fellow of Exeter College, and holds the Dr Lee's Chair of Physical Chemistry, the position antecedently held by Nobel prize winners Frederick Soddy and Sir Cyril Norman Hinshelwood.
